For Government Engineering College, Valsad, the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) released the final GUJCET 2024 Round 1 Seat Allotment results on Jun 20 on the official website at gujacpc.admissions.nic.in. GUJCET 2024 Counselling filling and alteration of choices by the candidates for Round 2 will be held between Jul 10 and Jul 14. The counselling was conducted in two rounds.The Academic Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) has successfully conducted the GUJCET counselling 2023 from May 2 to August 6. Candidates who have a valid score in GUJCET were allowed to participate in the counselling. for detailed information please visit GUJCET official website for proper updates.

There are in total two rounds in GUJCET Counseling .This whole process is conducted by the admission committee of GUJCET. The rounds of counseling are as follows as:-In Round 1, the candidate who have showed interest in the institution and got best ranks are considered.Whereas in Round 2: The candidates who have not got there desired seats can opt in this.After these two rounds if the seats are still vacant then there will a chance of some special rounds.

GUJCET Counselling 2023 for BTech is conducted in online mode. Candidates who appear in the GUJCET 2023 are eligible for counselling only if they get the required minimum marks as per the eligibility criteria of Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). Also, all candidates who appeared in the written exam and are interested in admission must submit appear for the counselling. Going as per the past year trends, GUJCET Counselling 2023 has been conducted upto two rounds for the BTecg course and upto three rounds for the BArch course.

Candidates will need to pay a certain amount of fees once the provisional seat allotment is made. The details of fees to be paid will be mentioned in the provisional seat allotment letter. Once the candidates pay the required fees, the seat allotted to the candidate will be confirmed and final allotment letter will be issued. The amount of fees will vary for various category of candidates.

The round-wise cutoff ranks for GUJCET counselling can be checked on the Shiksha portal as well as ACPC website acpc.admisison.nic.in. The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) is the organizing body of GUJCET counselling. The cutoff for each round for all the participating institutes and branch/specializations are made available on the ACPC portal.

The process of GUJCET counselling and seat allotment consists of several processes. Once a seat is allotted to a candidate, he/she has the option of “Accept and Freeze” and “Accept and Float”. If a candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat and selects the first option, he/she cannot participate in the next round counselling. If the candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat, he/she can select the second option trough which he/she can participate in the next round counselling with the current seat.
