Yes, you can get admission in MSU Baroda with less marks but then your options out here are narrow within B.Sc. Or B.Com or B.A. Suppose there 200 seats out of which 20 are reserved. So, those 20 seats will only be available for those reserved candidates and the remaining seats are seats for all. All means all the castes. Hope that helps.

The admission to colleges in Gujarat through GUJCET is based on the merit rank of the candidate and the availability of seats in the respective colleges. Institute of Technology, Nirma University, Ahmedabad
L. D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad
Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya, Anand
Vishwakarma Government Engineering College, Ahmedabad

If you have passion and determination there is no age to learn something. There is no age criteria in any college to get a admission in it. JEE and GUJCET are exams to get into big government colleges and get the best out of it. But you easily can apply for any private college without any exam.

So if you have not registered for GUJCET exam then there is no possibility that you would have a rank, and if you do not have a rank, there is no chance of admission via acpc counselling (which ofcourse takes place merit rank-wise).
