I'll answer this question in a very straight forward way. SOIL provides certification and accepts application from candidates with work experience for their PGPM program which has 3 specializations (analytics, finance & marketing) and candidates with/without prior experience can enrol for their PGPM Human Resources program. Talking about spending a hefty amount at SOIL, they give weightage to your previous work experience. The candidates have real good chances of doubling their salary in a year which I guess can't be fulfilled by colleges on the same lanes as SOIL even if you go for PGDM courses. As LPU alumni, i had visited BHM many times for different functions that they host, LPU even has its own UNIhotel, which is run and maintained by LPU BHM students. LPU School of Hotel Management and Tourism is among Indias best Hotel Management and Tourism colleges that grooms students through industry endorsed curriculum and intensive service oriented practicals with industry exposure in excellent infrastructure.

School of inspired leadership has been among the best one year course providing institute for over a decade now. Its always a win win situation for a student with a prior professional experience at SOIL. As a student at SOIL, one thing I can assure you, your caliber decides where you go. I have seen people join with a CTC of 3.6LPA and leave the course with 16-17LPA as CTC. Keeping motivating things apart. SOIL averages around 10LPA with the highest package 17 LPA.

You can also consider School Of inspired Leadership for a one year course. It has a really good curriculum and as it a consortium of major indian companies the average package has been constantly going up.

You should surely go ahead with SOIL. SOIL has adapted well with the New Normal and its evident from the batches splendid placement Statistics. The average CTC for the PGPM batch21 was 10.3LPA. The highest CTC-17LPA. SOIL has implemented hybrid classroom where the same physical classroom scenario is replicated with strict COVID norms along with keeping in mind students health and hygiene.
