Candidates are called for counselling based on their JEE Main score for the B.Tech programme. For B.Tech (Biotechnology), Lateral Entry to B.Tech programmes for Diploma holders and Lateral Entry to B.Tech programmes for B.Sc. No. The change in the name of the candidates is not permitted during counselling. The candidates are not allowed to change any personal, educational or other details during the counselling process. The candidates must provide supporting documents during document verification.

An OBC Certificate holds a good value of around 27% when comes to get admission to IPU but you need to make sure that the Certificate you have should be central valid that means if you are enlisted in the central OBC list then you can apply with the Certificate else if your OBC Certificate is issued by the state.
