The eligibility criteria for BTech at GNIT IPU are different for regular and lateral entry programs. For the regular B.Tech program, candidates must have completed Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and they must have passed each subject separately. Admission is based on the merit/rank in the JEE Main exam. For the lateral entry program, candidates must have completed a three-year Diploma in engineering or BSc with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks and they must have passed each subject separately.
