You should go for private colleges of IPU or colleges like Amity University, Shardha University or Lovely Professional University if you have not appeared in any entrance exam. The eligibility is present, where as there are more colleges in DU which you can try on, else ideally you can do it for most college in Bangalore VTU.
They have good placement and a good distribution of students from across India.

to get admission in DU or IPU top four subjects including one language subject is considered. If you are from PCM then PCM is must and the fourth subject can be any of the remaining two. Yes, music is counted. Best of luck.

CET contains basic and a bit tough maths, aptitude, reasoning, GK, English grammar etc. Non maths student may crack but before that you have to check for the syllabus which will be actually set for CET. Good luck.

According to the Council of Architecture, commerce background students unfortunately cannot take up Architecture course. Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch course.
i. Qualified through the recognized aptitude test in Architecture (NATA or equivalent)
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below:
(a) Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at
10+2 level examination.

There is no B.Com (Pass). GGSIPU only offers B.Com (Hons) with 146 as the course code.

It does not have good market value. If you have a strong will and perform exceptionally well in college only then you should take admission in IPU.
I think DU is far better than IPU.
