Comparing these two, VIPS (IPU) is a better option. It is the topmost college of GGSIPU. Whereas, Amity is a private university. I'll give first priority to VIPS.

The chances of getting a college are very less. I would not suggest you even go for the spot counselling round. But do not worry, try next year and you will crack the exam.

Yes, for admission in B.Ed you need to have Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks. So you are eligible.
