It's all on your interests. According to your marks, you can easily pursue B.Tech in IPU. But, if you have full faith that you can crack the next year IIT entrance exams, then only go for one year drop. Otherwise, if you have doubt then do not take a risk of one year. Both the universities are equally good. But I think if you are getting admission in IP, go for it because there is way less exposure to the outer world here in banasthali university. But yes, ofcourse, banasthali is also really good academics wise, extra curricular activities wise and also security wise for girls.
