Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is a decent choice to pursue an MBA degree. Talking about the GGSIPU ranking, the University was ranked 66 in the Management category by the National Institutional Ranking Framework in 2023. However, Outlook in its 2024 rankings has placed the university at the 15th spot. IP University also offers placement opportunities to its students. During IPU placements for MBA in 2022 at USMS, the median package offered was INR 5.60 LPA. Additionally, the placement percentage achieved was 91%.

IPU is counted among the good universities in the country. GGSIPU is ranked 1001-1200 by the QS World University Rankings 2024. In the NIRF 2024 ranking, it was ranked 80 under the "University" category. The placement data for the GGSIPU BBA course is not available as of now. However, during GGSIPU placements in 2022, the highest and average package offered stood at INR 45 LPA and INR 12 LPA, respectively for IPU Engineering (USCIT) placements.

Yes, admission to MBA programme is based on entrance exam. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University accepts various national and university level entrance exams. Candidates must qualify for IPU CMAT, IPU CET, CAT and MAT to be able to get a seat at Glocal University. The basic eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% - 60% aggregate from a recognised university. The faculty at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is very knowledgeable and hold PhD degrees. There is 1 dean, 6 professors, and 7 assistant professors. As per the Shiksha verified student reviews, they have given GGSIPU faculty 4.1 stars out of 5 stars. As per the reviews, students have told that the faculty is supportive. They always motivate students to move forward in their life. There are a lot of sports amenities and resources available at GGSIPU. The students can choose from a variety of games and sports like cricket, volleyball, football, basketball, powerlifting, body lifting, table tennis, yoga, arm wrestling, bodybuilding, badminton, lawn tennis, etc. for both men and women. The GGSIPU facilities include several playgrounds where students can enjoy and play during their leisure time. There are basketball and football grounds where students can have a match or play for fun. There is a volleyball court too. There are 12 technical clubs and 12 cultural clubs to serve the interest of students.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has a state-of-the-art infrastructure. The library at IP University is centrally air-conditioned and fully automated. The library is well stocked with 67,000 books, 12,000 e-books, 15,000 journals, and subscriptions to 14 online databases. Remote access is available to the students and faculty for the resources along with the WebOPAC facility. Besides all these facilities, students also have access to 05 DPL's Zonal Libraries and 37 library units across Delhi. The students can avail of Newspaper archives from 1952+ and 6000+ e-resources.
