GNIT UP BTech Admissions will be done on the basis of IPU CET 2023 or JEE Main 2023. JEE Main results have already been announced. Interested candidates can apply for IPU CET by May 15, 2023. The IPU CET 2023 exam will be tentatively conducted from May 30 to June 15, and the CUET UG exam will be conducted from May 21 to May 31.

Yes, you will be able to fill round 2 choices even if you missed the deadline for round 1. The choice filling window for round 2 will open after the declaration of round 1 results. You can check the IPU website for the exact dates and deadlines.

The cutoff trend for BTech at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for BTech under general category for all India quota was 90378. In 2022, it decreased to 85744. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 90378 to 81426 for OBC, 190098 to 224720 for SC, 662196 to 390021 for ST, 102979 to 101883 for EWS, . This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

In 2022, cut off was 15339 for the General category candidates in All India quota for BTech + M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
