Guru Kashi University hostels consist of separate hostels for boys and girls. Boys are provided with in-campus as well as off-campus hostels whereas there are only in-campus hostels available for the girl students. Guru Kashi University hostel rooms come in the options of both AC and Non AC rooms as per the needs of the students. There are also some pgs in 5-6 km of University where you can easily get comfortablePGof your choice.

At Guru Kashi University, the Cumulative Grade Point Average is calculated on the basis of internal marks, continuous evaluation and main exams of both the semester separately. And after that it combines and Cumulative Grade Point Average calculated.

At Guru Kashi University, If a student fails in the internal exams, he/she have to reappear in next semester or next year of odd or even semester. If they failed in last semester or last year then they have to appear in exam next year.

In B.Tech you have to cross the cut-off requirements from HEE Mains remains, in other courses like M.Tech GATE exam marks are required. Although there are lateral entries in some courses like B.Sc (IT), BCA, and B.Sc Agriculture through LEET and in MBA and M.Com entrance exam marks are required to fulfill the criteria. There is a management quota in which fee structure is slightly high, but the fee pattern is feasible for students taking admission via entrance exams.

College life is very good. No ragging and fights. There is a central library that has many books, journals, research papers, etc. and these are easily accessible. The college has its own stadium or you can say large field area. Freshers' party, farewell parties, Annual as well as cultural parties are also organised from time to time. In short, you'll have an awesome college life.

Candidates must pass their 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 percent marks from arecognisedinstitution. They must have majored in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in high school. Admission for B. Tech courses is also based on the JEE Main scores, and admission for Lateral Entry is based on merit.
