In recent years, Guru Nanak College of Arts, Science, and Commerce has stated that its highest placement payment can reach up to INR 3.5 lakh annually. Companies that regularly recruit include Wipro, HCL, TCS, and Cognisant. Although 70–80% of students land positions through university placements, the overall placement prospects are respectable; nonetheless, the course mostly determines the packages and the student's performance. A large number of students attend the college's recruitment drives.
