Guru Nanak institute of hotel management offers variety of courses. Admission to all courses are based on the joint entrance test (JET). So any candidate who have passed 10+2 examination from any recognised board can apply on the official website to get admission in GNIHM.The admission of the candidate is totally based on the entrance test.Inshort, 10+2 grade doesn't matter to get admission in GNIHM.

Yes, candidates who have completed Class 12 in any stream can apply for GNIHM Kolkata BSc programme. Candidates must hold the Class 12 marksheet or certificate for verification at later stages of admission. Apart from meeting the educational requirements, candidates also need to qualify NCHMCT JEE. The final selection will be based on eligibility and NCHMCT JEE score.

Yes, GNIHM Kolkata accepts NHCMCT JEE score for admission to BSc programme. NCHMCT is a computer-based test conducted once in a year. NTA conducts NHCMCT JEE for a duration of 3 hours. The exam comprises of 200 questions in Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude, Reasoning and Logical Deduction, General Knowledge and Current Affairs and other sections. After selection, aspirants need to pay admission fee to confirm a seat in the institute.

GNIHM Kolkata selects candidates for MBA programme based on GNIHM JET score. JET Entrance Test or JIS Entrance Test is a written test for those students who are interested to take admission in Guru Nanak IHM. It is a one-hour written test with 60 Multiple Choice Questions and five brief descriptive-type questions. The institute also offers direct admission to limited seats based on academic qualifications.

GNIHM JET is an All India Entrance Exam conducted by GNIHM Kolkata.  It consists of 60 Marks Multiple Choice Questions with no negative Marking. Questions from General Knowledge, General Intelligence, and General English are the main subjects of this examination.  Apart from this, there shall be five descriptive type questions based on English, Aptitude, General Knowledge & Current Affairs topics. The marks allotted for Written test are 35 marks.
