Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus accepts admission to various courses based on the entrance exam scores. The basic eligibility criteria for the PG courses is a bachelor's with 50% aggregate. Students with 60% in Class 12 can only get admission to undergraduate courses when they clear any of the accepted entrance exams.

BTech students are taught Surveying and Geomatics, Fluid Mechanics, Engineering Chemistry,  and others. The subjects change as per the specialisations chosen. BPharma labs are equipped with a Central Instrumentation room and a Pilot Plant. The college aims to provide good technical knowledge to students. Yes, there are seperate hostels available for girls and boys at GNITC Hyderabad. The hostel has special amenities such as outdoor sports games/ indoor games, internet centre, gymnasium, solar water heating, and others. The college's hostel life is quite good. The hostel has full security systems installed so that students can have a secure and comfortable stay in the campus.
