You must pass your 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 percent marks from a recognised institution. You must have Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in high school. After that, You must pass the entrance exam cut-off. For Lateral Entry into BTech, Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) accepts only JEE Main scores for B.Tech admissions. You must have a valid JEE Main score to get admission. The JEE Main 2024 Session 1 was conducted from January 24 to February 1, 2024.

The MBA course eligibility is. A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognised university. Students currently in their final year of graduation can also apply. You must graduate from an accredited college with a 50% grade in any stream in order to be considered for admission to the MBA programme at GIET Sonepat. Each candidate's online application costs INR 500. For a period of two years, the fee is INR 80,000, payable in two installments.

The admissions for MSc course is merit-based for all of the specilisations. Students who are graduate with minimum 50% to 60% aggregate are eligible to apply for MSc course at GIET Gunupur University. However, for MSc Biotechnology, the candidates need to secure 45% aggregate.
