Course change after the first year is completely dependent on the college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in the first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.

The ICFAI University, Dehradun in my opinion is better than Amity University- Gwalior, as The ICFAI University has excellent faculty and course curriculum and the faculty is very cooperative to students. It provides internship to each and every students at the end of each year and placements too. It organizes various competitions like moot courts, parliamentary debates, national seminars and many other competitions which helps the students to improve their confidence and skills.
