I cannot predict the rank for this college, because it will change per year, but you can visit their website and call for admission query.

There is no demerit, if you think that you can get a better branch and college in the second round, it's definitely worth waiting

It's depend on your knowledge and dedication no one can stop you even small college if you have full knowledge about your course

Yes u may get admission in heritage but with course like biotechnology or in haldia with courses like applied electronics ,biotechnology,production engineering.you may not get a core subject.
