Delhi University is surely best and being a student from HRC, I will suggest it is a good college and I don't have much information about studies at St. Xaviers College. There are other plenty better fields out there in which you can do your graduation and make a beautiful career.

It all depends on your choice. But Hansraj is the best. It is one of the finest colleges of Delhi University. Delhi University is on the top in providing more than 30 undergraduate courses.
Many personalities belong to this college. Hansraj has the best faculty members for B.Com course. It has experienced faculty members. The fee is very minimal. Many companies visit this college regarding placement. It has its own hostel.
In every way, Hansraj is the best option.

The language courses run parallel to these admissions, some of them start applications early or as late as August. You would have to go and check with the colleges and take the form. You need to contact the colleges concerned for the same.

No, merit-based admission is only for the students who had pursued their graduation from DU. For others, the entrance test is conducted.

English honors in Hansraj College require a percentage well above 90%. I don't think, you could get into it with this percentage.

In my opinion, both are equally good but Hansraj has an edge over Kirori Mal in terms of faculty. All the best!!

Hello Vatsal,
NONE!
Mathematics is the compulsory subject to get into DU for B.Com(Hons). Few of the colleges has made mathematics compulsory for B.Com (Prog) too.
It's not compulsory that mathematics should be the part of best of four percentage what matters is that you should have studied it in 10+2.
Moreover, mathematics is the compulsory subject in one of the semesters of both B.Com (Hons) and B.Com (Prog), therefore, there is no way to dodge maths either before or after getting into the varsity.
Good luck.
