Admission in HBTU are taken not on the basis of JEE Mains but on the basis of UPSEE. Hope this helps.

Hello Rishabh,
HBTU is a government colleges so you can't get admission there via management quota, and as per your rank, your chances are nil for getting admission there, you need to score more than 150 marks in JEE Mains to get there, so look forward for any decent private colleges.
