Hardware and networking is short term. After this, you can became desktop support Engineer. But, it is not enough. After this, you can do server administration course, which help you to increase your level to L1 engineering.

Hello,
I think you should prepare for all the exams. In government jobs exams or competitive exams, the syllabus is almost same. So, you can prepare at the same time for more than one exam.
If you want to work in Indian banks, then you can prepare for IBPS PO, SBI PO or RBI exams. You are from technical field, so you can also prepare for IBPS PO exam.
