However, I would strongly suggest if possible go for professional global certification those would help you a lot in IT and System. A couple of certifications are MSCE / MCSA / RHCE etc. These certifications are designed to educate you about Server-Client architecture. Also having networking knowledge will definitely lift you up to get better job and career scope, Therefore, CCNA /Comptia + certification you may grab.
Apart from all the certifications and training this is wise advise from my end which I have learned throughout my career is Practice-Practice and lots of Practice. You need to spend a good time every day in education and new thing.

Both are best choice, and CCNA & RedHat are equal, but remember Cisco is Networking and RedHat is Linux , Cisco is a closed source and RedHat is open course, that's why Cisco has very good and much better revenue. If you did both or any one certification, you will be definitely getting a better job.
If you are interested in server side networking, then you can go for RedHAT. It is the best suitable course.
If you are interested in core networking, then you can go for CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, and CCIE.
RedHat course has an edge over CCNA, as it has links to Linux, which is widely in use in an IT-Industry, and there is need of such specialized professionals. Linux is very vast and it is growing more rapidly than network. It doesn't mean just after getting certified, you'll get huge salary and designation. It totally depends on your experience and knowledge on linux-RedHat. You can expect good job offers in IT/IS based companies with initial salaries of Rs. 2-3 LPA.

Cisco Certified National Associate is the most common exam for IT certification in computer hardware and networking field. Exam is organized by Cisco under collaboration with Pearson VUE certified by CCNA. Exam is of 45 to 55 questions in the time duration or 90 minutes. Exam is available in English, Japanese, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian.This exam has questions of various patterns such as multiple choice single response, multiple choice multiple answer, fill in the blanks, drag and drop question and simulator question. So before appearing in the student must have to go through previous year question paper and mock test paper as there are different types of question asked in exam so more and more practice is needed before appearing in the exam.

There is a distinct difference between a degree and employability. Degrees are the base, it is something you build upon throughout your career. It is not just to clear the criteria but so that you can have your fundamentals in check.So, there shouldn't be any conflict as to whether a certification can supercede or substitute a formal degree or graduation. CCNA or Cisco Certified Network Associate is a base level certification to get into the world of networking. But, if one tries to find a job with this certification alone, it is going to always be a futile search.
I don't know of any company which would employ a 10+2 with a base certification. More than that, the candidate himself/herself won't be able to adjust to the technical terms and understand the course without any basic technical knowhow. Therefore, a graduation is a must. This certification can be used to add to that and get a more stable job focusing on the long run.

The scope of CCNA R&S Course in India is dependent upon the track of CCNA Cert you choose. The scope of CCNA certification is quite more than that of CCNA R&S as the security of data is the most important concern for every organization. However, there is not much scope for other CCNA tracks such as Wireless, Cloud etc. in India. However, even if you want to prepare for any Cisco certification like CCNA Security or CCNP or CCNP Security, you will anyhow have to prepare for CCNA first. So CCNA is pre-requisite for all other Cisco courses.
Well coming up to developers, it depends, what kind of Project is the Developer working on, or what he/she aspires for the Future. Having an additional qualification never hurts, only helps at times.
AFAIK, Software Engineers are recruited in major IT MNCs based on their Analytical Ability, Problem-Solving Tactics, knowledge of various Programming Tools & Technologies, Platforms, Debugging etc. skills. I'm not sure where CCNA would fit in.
Besides, CCNA is more into basic Networking the way Cisco delivers it via their own devices. As a Software Engineer if you are trying to get a hang of core Networking, I'd say stick to Andrew Tannenbaum, or Douglas Comer, W. Richard Stevens, etc. kind of great folks.

The minimum qualification for ethical hacking is that you should have cleared your 12th board examination. However, you should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data. These jobs work on the same logic that the best thief can protect the data in the best way.
For the same, you can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA/CCNB (CISCO) courses. After this, you can also option for CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification courses, if you wish to.
Ensure you do these courses alongside a degree course (BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc, etc.) for better outcome.
