Bangalore is the right place to get trained in networking. CCIE is the best among all (CCNA, CCNP and CCIE). It is the most reputed certification course and the professional is paid enough salary. To be a CCIE, you have to be a CCNA, then CCNP and the CCIE. It needs a lot of hard work and dedication. Also, all these certifications have a validity and you have to crack these certifications in a phase of validity.

Are you talking about Fleming college ,Ontario, Canada? If yes, then it's hard. Actually, the colleges are not that reputed in Canada. Fee maybe less and they won't provide any placement assistance. I know some people who graduated from Fleming college. They are struggling to get a job.
This is one side of the coin.
Another side, everything is based on your luck and if you have contacts there in Canada like your family relatives is there and if they help you to get a job, then it will be somewhat easy otherwise you will struggle.
