It is difficult to say for certain if you will be able to get a seat in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering (GVPCE) with a rank of 24,332, as it depends on the number of applicants and the availability of seats in the programme you are interested in (cybersecurity, data Science, or ECE). Additionally, admission to GVPCE is also based on other factors such as your performance in the entrance exam and any weightage given to your academic performance. I suggest you to check with the college or visit the website for more information on admission criteria.

Yes, absolutely .Cyber security is concerned with the safekeeping of the advanced systems and equipment that make use of the Internet, so you may proceed without fear. You'll need to do a lot of computation and not much arithmetic to get the hang of the fundamentals. In reality, a strong computer background is required to get a master's degree in cyber security, since the sector is always evolving, and those changes must be studied in depth via the use of academic publications and other sources. As with information security, cyber security employs comparable jargon and concepts with regards to safeguarding data.
