Yes, you can do MS in information security or cybersecurity from Germany. Well in Germany there is no tuition fees so you only need to think about living expenses and others. First you need to give English Efficiency exams like IELTS or TOFLS and sometimes colleges also ask your German language skills so you need to give German language exam too.

Dear, Ethical hacking course can be pursued but the success in the field requires very strong computer knowledge background. I think at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Sc. Followed by the following course may be helpful in this field. I. Strong Knowledge of Computer Networking which may be acquired by doing CCNA. Ii. Strong programming knowledge. Iii.
