There are many facilities available like the infrastructure is good. Food is manageable. Immense playing area which is a refreshment to all. Gym facility is provided, though it's old. Hostel facilities are good and the most important is the visiting faculties are good enough.
Apart from this, you have a local market from where you can get all your necessities.
You have a TV room and discussion rooms.
You can go to any faculty if you have any doubts regarding subjects.
The campus is active till 2 am which gives you enough time to prepare late night assignments.
Also, swimming pool is available.

The average placement package as of now is around 6 LPA and still, the process is going on.

Talking about the Pune campus:
Campus is a state of art campus. The infrastructure of the campus is great and the hostel room are one of the best but it has no playground as the development is in progress.
Whereas Harihar campus:
As campus is built in 90's. He infrastructure is OK as compared to Pune but the sports facility is awesome.
So, it totally depends on you but in my opinion Pune is a better option.

Both XISS and KIAMS are good colleges. However, going by the specialisation, XISS is best known for its HR specialisation among other specialisation available. Whereas, KIAMS is known for marketing among other available specialisations. So it depends on the profile you want to opt for in future.
