The actual number of MBBS and BDS seats will be announced by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) Haryana, along with the seat matrix. Last year, the total number of MBBS and BDS seats offered were 1,685 and 850 respectively. The number of seats will be updated as and when the seat matrix will be released.

Yes, after the declaration of the Haryana NEET counselling seat allotment result, candidates will be given the option to upgrade the seat choice. Based on that, the counselling authorities will upgrade the seats based on the choices entered by candidates, in case the desired seat is vacant after the institute reporting process is concluded.

DMER Haryana releases the seat matrix for Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 counselling before each round. Moreover, the course-wise counselling is conducted separately, and hence, the seat matrix for different course groups will be out at different durations of the Haryana NEET UG counselling 2024.

No, the candidate will have to take the "upgraded" seat if they receive a better option and the seat that was previously assigned to them would be cancelled. Anyhow, the "upgrade" candidate will not be permitted to hold the original seat. The candidate must therefore use extreme caution while selecting the "upgrade" option.

The Haryana NEET counselling 2024 seat allotment result for Round 1 was declared on August 27, 2024. The seat allotment result will be out for each round approximately five to six days after the beginning of the counselling process. At first, the provisional seat allotment result will be declared, and candidates will be given the chance to raise grievances against the allotment. After one or two days, the final result will be declared. The round-wise Haryana NEET counselling 2024 seat allotment result will be mentioned as and when they are declared by the officials.

The Haryana NEET UG counselling 2024 Special Stray Round 2 for BDS is being conducted from December 10 to December 16, 2024. The Special Stray Round 1 was held from November 23 to December 1, 2024.The Stray Round was conducted from October 25 to November 5, 2024. The registration and choice filling processes were conducted from October 25 to October 28, 2024. The seat allotment result was declared on October 30, 2024.Round 3 was conducted from October 9 to October 23, 2024. There are as many as 21 participating institutes for Haryana NEET counselling offering MBA and BDS courses. The total number of MBBS seats is 1,685 whereas that of the BDS is 850. Hence, the total number of seats is 2,535. The participating institutes are segregated into Government, Government-Aided and Private, based on their ownerships.

DMER Haryana, the conducting authority of the Haryana NEET counselling will be releasing the cutoffs after the conclusion of each round. The overall Haryana NEET counselling cutoff can be considered for the last round. The cutoffs will be released in the form of ranks for each institute and candidate category. On the other hand, NTA will release the NEET qualifying cutoff along with the result. Only those candidates who fulfill the qualifying cutoff for NEET will be eligible to participate in the Haryana NEET counselling.

It is mandatory to save choices during the Haryana NEET counselling, otherwise the choices will not be considered and such candidates will not be eligible for seat allocation. If the candidate fills & save the choices, the last saved choices filled by candidate will be considered. Hence, it is very important to check and assess the choices filled and the order of it and to save them properly. In case of any difficulty, they must contact the Helpline Number of DMER Haryana.
