The facilities include hostel, cafeteria, central library, gymnasium, residence, conference hall/media centre, transportation, modern Science and tech labs, ATM, medical assistant, sports facility, Hi-Tech computing facilities. The hostel at Ace are designed with a capacity of 250 boys and 129 girls resident. It has stock of 25335 books on its shelves comprising of 5829 title. It has 44 National journals and 32 international print journals.The institute is located at they sthaleen near meethapur, 11 km from Ambala cantt on the Ambala Jagadhri Highway and is well connected to the major cities of the reason.

Admissions for B.Tech and BTech shall be made according to the guidelines issued from Haryana state technical education society and given below; 50% of sanctioned in text shall be filled by the institution on the basis of marks of qualifying exam / JEE rank.50% of sanction in text orbit filled through HSTES on the basis of the inter merit of JEE through online counselling. List of documents to be brought at the time of admission are qualifying examination that is 10 + 2 / intermediate / senior secondary school examination / Diploma certificate. Matriculation / high school certificate. Jee admit card / leet admit card. JEE rank card. To get admission in B.Tech course the eligibility criteria is 10 + 2 with 75% + JEE main.
