Haryana NEET UG counselling is conducted in partially in online mode and offline mode. Except the last phase of counselling, which is the document verification, the rest of the rounds of the processes are conducted in online mode. DMER Haryana releases the counselling notices or the schedule and the seat matrix in an online mode, on the official website. The registration and choice filling processes also need to be done in online mode by visiting the official website of the exam. The Haryana NEET counselling 2023 was concluded with the Stray Vacancy round. The registration process for the Haryana NEET UG counselling 2024 Stray Vacancy round was conducted from September 23 to September 25, 11.59 PM. The seat allotment result was declared on September 26. Candidates had to deposit the tentative tuition fee between September 26 and September 28, 11.59 PM. Haryana NEET UG counselling is conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER) Haryana. Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, is the conducting body for this state counselling. This university, on behalf of DMER Haryana conducts the counselling for the 85 per cent state quota seats for admission to MBBS and BDS courses.
