MDU ROHTAK is an average University. Though it has some good impression in North India but I will suggest you to evaluate all options as placements are highly unlikely in mechanical and electrical Branch. It totally depends on what options are available for you at a given point of time.

IILM University Gurgaon is definitely a good option if one wants to pursue bachelor's in psychology. I agree that the fees is 3 Lacs but it's totally worth it. It has experienced faculty and flexible curriculum.

Yes, courses are available for arts students in Government College for Women, Karnal such as Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Arts Honours, Master of Arts in different subjects. The average fees for the total course is around 5,000.
