I cant say about IILM University for CSE. I would advise you to choose best University on the basis of University ranking, placements, infrastructure, faculty members etc. B.Tech CSE is the most popular course among the students. The cut off determined based on the JEE score The factors that affect the cut off is number of students applied number of students appeared on exam, number of students qualified, and total number of seats available. According to all these information the cut off marks going to be decided.

Drar Aspirant, First of all please be clear and avoid getting into any fraud or wrong information. LPU has No Campus in Haryana. It has only one campus in Phagwara, Ounjab. LPU does not offer MBBS as per my knowledge. Non medical background people can pursue for biotechnology or agricultural courses depending on their choice.
