In Food Technology: after (10+2)/ PGDDPHN (1 year), from Delhi University or any other University whose Examination is recognised by the University of Delhi as equivalent and fulfill other conditions of eligibility. Should have passed Nutritional Biochemistry and any two subjects in the following areas: Food & Nutrition / Nutrition through the life cycle / Public Nutrition / Food Science and Processing / Diet therapy / Microbiology/ Nutrition for Adults and Elderly/ Nutrition for Children and Adolescent

Gujarat University admissions for a majority of courses are done on the basis of merit determined through candidates marks scored in the qualifying examination. Admission process of the varsity also requires candidates to appear for a counselling session after the merit list is released. As far as I know, there is no entrance test for this course.
