You first decide what you want to study and where. Abroad is a broad term. Different countries have different process and requirements. Based on what you want to be you can look for food and nutrition courses in countries like Canada, Australia and New Zealand. There are many options. Go through college websites and check relevant courses. Based on your percentage in 12th you have better chances of admission in Australia and NZ though. You must take the IELTS to meet the English language requirement for foreign students. You must also write a personal statement and you will require Letters of Recommendation from your teache
