As per my opinion, you must switch to MBBS, you will have a better future scope.

To pursue Bachelors in dietitian, you need to have science with physics, chemistry, and biology.

It's very nice to see your dream of becoming a dietician. Yes you can do it after 12th. Just check if any college in your city offers it. Else it's available via distance education by IGNOU also.

You should decide on one full time career and let the other be your secondary. You will need to devote all your time to a particular profession before you can start a secondary career. Different health sciences subjects are as follows:

You can apply for nutrition and dietetics in a good hospital, as an intern by first inquiring about the department of nutrition and dietetics. If they have any, show them your qualification and work there. A recommendation might even do better.
