As a fresher, a Food Technologist can earn INR Rs 2 to 3 lakh per annum (average) in India.

Yes, you are eligible to do M.Sc. In Nutrition and dietician as you are zoology graduate. Bachelor's degree (Home Sciences/ Medical/ non-medical/Bio- Sciences) or equivalent or relevant higher qualification. Almost all the important and reputed colleges offering this course conduct entrance examination.

If you join a shipping company such as Shell, Maersk or their subsidiary companies that run tourist ships along with logistics and oil et al. , you would get the opportunity to travel to several countries situated along the shorelines.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree from a recognized university in home science or nutrition or dietetics or food science or biology or microbiology or clinical biochemistry or life sciences or BNYS (Naturopathy) or BAMS (Ayurveda) or PG Diploma in dietetics with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
So, you are eligible for this course.

To be eligible for Master of science in food and nutrition sciences you need to have B.Sc home science, B.Sc. applied nutrition, B.Sc. rural home science, B.Sc. clinical nutrition and dietetics, B.Sc. Food science and quality control, general B.Sc. with nutrition as one paper, BHSC (4 years) with 50% marks in groups.
