It depend upon you what you want to choose both courses are good where your interest lies but according to me B.Tech in food technology is better scope you have a good no of vacancy in government dept for same.
Sorry but according to last year cutoff your selection chances are very less.

It depends on your interest. If you like dealing with the mind of the people and the people who are somewhere in mental illness then you can go for psychology. If you are going in nutrition then you can become a dietitian, you can do anything related to general health of the people or you can even become a specific curve dietitian for some diseases.

Yes, according to your percentage you will be able to get admission in food and technology. Most of the colleges need candidates with 60% marks aggregate and you have more than that. You'll get the admission for sure.
