It depend upon you what you want to choose both courses are good where your interest lies but according to me B.Tech in food technology is better scope you have a good no of vacancy in government dept for same.

You should check the admission criteria of your dream college in which you want admission and you are eligible for M.Sc don't worry.

It depends on your interest. If you like dealing with the mind of the people and the people who are somewhere in mental illness then you can go for psychology. If you are going in nutrition then you can become a dietitian, you can do anything related to general health of the people or you can even become a specific curve dietitian for some diseases.

Take Hotel Management Admission in PG don't go nutrition course. Any institute graduate course and PG same education persons take recruitment.
