You should pursue a course where your interests lie, and one you feel comfortable doing/studying. Both have comparable scope, and nothing much to choose between the two. I am populating scope for both fields, and you can compare the two and decide on your own. Good Luck!!
The aspirants who have completed their Master in Dental Surgery have a good scope both in terms of higher studies as well as in acquiring an immediate job. The decision will always be yours but frankly speaking I would like to suggest to you that hospital management course might not be the best option for you since you have done medical microbiology. The field of microbiology would give you better returns albeit lately. So think again.
