If you are in the technical field, operations will be the best option for you. It all depends on 2 things:
1. Interest: If you are not interested in your current job or do not like it then to change your career path, you can choose marketing, finance, HR, etc.
2. To improve your career prospects: If you want to improve your career prospects then it's better to do that course which will be of some help in your work. From that point of view, operations would be good for you.

Yes, you can apply and pursue a course in a physician assistant course after B.Sc. Nursing. Physician assistants typically need a master's degree from an accredited educational programme. Earning that degree usually takes at least 2 years of full-time postgraduate study. Most applicants to physician assistant education programs already have a Bachelor's degree and some patient care work experience. With 2 years experience, it is not possible since you studied GNM. If it was B.Sc, it was possible with or without experience.

Distance MBA from NMIMS is not much famous because all the perks and elements of an MBA course is present at the campus. I would suggest not to go for distance MBA at all because it doesn't really serve the purpose of an PGDM degree. All the information regarding the placement you can find at our website.
