Aapko AIBE ke liye dobara registration karne ki zaroorat nahi hai agar aapne pehle se registration karaya hai. Agar aapne AIBE 14 ka exam diya hai aur result nahi mila hai, toh aap AIBE ke official website par jaakar apna result check kar sake chain. Agar result nahi mila hai toh aapko AIBE ke authorities se sampark karna hoga aur unhe apni samasya batana hoga. Aap unhe email ya phone par contact kar sake chain.

No, business is a compulsory subject of B.Com you can't take it without business, but that business studies is totally different from th 12th syllabus, as you have already filled the form, then just wait for the reply from the NIOS.
