HIMCOM admission to UG and PG courses is based on merit/entrance-based. For BA (JMC) + DMLP, the candidate need to complete class 12 with 50% aggregate and for MA (Journalism & Mass Communication) + DMLP, thecandidate required graduation with 50% aggregate. The selection criteria for the course is entrance test + interview. After clearing the entrance exam, the applicant has to got through an interactive interview.

Heritage Institute of Management and Communication admissions are open. Till now, no schedule has been released by the institute. Once the application portal is live, candidates can apply online for their preferred course. HIMCOM offers UG and PG courses such as BA, MA, PG Diploma and Certificate courses in full-time mode. The admission to the courses is based on merit in the last qualifying exam.
