Heritage Institute of Technology offers good placement opportunities as well as training to the students. The highest salary offered during the placement drive was INR 16 Lakhs from Microsoft. The institute attracts the industry’s major recruiters. Some of the main recruiters at the institute are TCS, ITC Infotech., Wipro, IBM, etc.

Heritage Institute of Technology offers AICTE Approved BTech programme in 13 different specialisations. Students can choose as per their eligibility and career choice. Students who opt for BTech programme at the institute have to pay the course fee, i.e. INR 2.6 Lacs which is ayable in four different installments to the institute.

Heritage Institute of Technology is situated in a very clean, calm, and peaceful location. The ambiance of the institute allows students to study and learn in a peaceful environment. The institute’s campus has all the modern, and basic amenities required by the students during the course. The campus has well-furnished and modern classrooms with projector and LCD facilities. The campus offers a well-stocked library, canteen, indoor and outdoor games facilities for the students.

Heritage Institute of Technology has been established by KBT- Kalyan Bharti Trust. The trust started the institute with the idea of providing quality education as per the global standards in the region. The trust runs five other schools and institutes other than the Heritage Institute of Technology. Thus the institute is run and managed by the trust and is not a public institution.

Heritage Institute of Technology offers admission to MCA based on WBJEE JECA scores followed by the WBJEE JECA Counselling. WBJEE JECA Counselling 2023 was concluded after the release of Round 2. According to the Heritage Institute of Technology cutoff for Round 1 in 2023, the closing ranks stood at 340 for the General category students.
