Hi Dr Saab, Admission to the BVSc (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) programme in India, including Shimla, requires NEET as per the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) guidelines. Without a valid NEET score, admission to BVSc is not possible in government veterinary colleges. However, some private universities may have their own entrance criteria. I recommend checking with CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (Palampur) or private institutions in Himachal Pradesh for alternative options.Hope this helps! Best of luck!

Hello Everyone, 'IHM Hamirpur offers good placements with hotel chains like Taj and ITC, with average starting salaries ranging from INR 2.5 to INR 3.5 LPA. However, its smaller location limits industry exposure compared to bigger cities.IHM Meerut, located closer to Delhi, provides better industry access and networking opportunities, resulting in slightly higher starting salaries of INR 3.0 to INR 4.0 LPA. The proximity to Delhi offers more diverse placement options, giving IHM Meerut an edge in terms of exposure and job prospects.
