I think of all these no university is that good, you must have heard about MIT-Pune, they also have a branch at University of Technology and Management and I think you should try for admission there. All places are good for doing this course but best place is Punjab that is Jalandhar. Here, you can take admission in Lovely Professional University. Moreover, Chandigarh University is also good.

To get admission in MBBS in government medical colleges, your score should not be less than 500 (general category). For reserved category, it is 400 marks. So, you can expect to get admission in a private college.
