Yes, you're eligible to get the admission at Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh with the mentioned JEE ranks as the eligibility required for B.Tech is JEE-Mains mandatory and 12th cleared with a minimum aggregate of 60% in PCM, so just apply as early as possible before the seats gone over.
