Himalayan University is recognised by the UGC - University Grants Commission under Section - 2 (f) of the UGC ACT 1956 and hence empowered to impart higher education at all different levels of Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate. The degree of the Himalayan college is verified and approved by the government. The university is UGC approved and also approved by AICTE. Himalayan University Itanagar is a State Private University

The degree of the Himalayan college is verified and approved by the government. The university is UGC approved and also approved by AICTE.
