Yes, definitely it is valid, as Himalayan University is a UGC recognized university along with many registrations. It is not a fake university, so it's B.Sc certificate is definitely valid for CAT ICET and other entrance exams. Good Luck.

Hi,
Yes, you're eligible. A candidate is eligible to appear in CAT 2019 if he/she holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Able (DA) categories, need at least 45% marks.

Himalayan University is included in the list of approved universities in India listed by UGC Approved Universities. Rehabilitation Council of India has too approved Himalayan University while allowing to confer B.Ed degree in Special Education.
