Hello Pawan,
The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Sc (Hons. ). (Biotechnology) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination with any three out of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics or Computer Science as subjects studied at intermediate level. You can apply for B.Sc. In biotechnology.

Yes, it is necessary to have mathematics as main paper in 10+2 to get admission in Economics or B.Com hons.
So, if you do not have mathematics as main paper even after scoring better (95%) in board examination, you are not eligible to get admission in course.
