There are rarely any colleges for mass communication which has their mode to teaching as Hindi. Some of the best colleges like Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi; Xavier Institute of Communication, Mumbai; Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi etc. And have English medium.

It will be both Hindi and English. You need to specify the name of the college for better clarity.
