There are rarely any colleges for mass communication which has their mode to teaching as Hindi. Some of the best colleges like Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi; Xavier Institute of Communication, Mumbai; Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi etc. And have English medium.

Yes, for MMS course there is minority quota for Hindi speaking linguistic. However, PGDM Selection will be based purely on merit, which will be evaluated out of 100 marks as below:
