Yes, of course a student need to take part in GD for admission process. GD is judged on many criteria and not only communication and language. Basic English would suffice. Your knowledge on the topic matters though. Be confident and frame your sentence using simple English words and that will work for you.

Yes, you can appear for improvement exam, but you can give it so in the next year.
However, you need to apply for it separately in the stipulated time for CBSE re examination.
Also, you can't give it again after appearing for an improvement exam.

For becoming a Hindi language teacher, you have UG/PG in which Hindi is as one of the subject. Then passed B.Ed. And then qualify state TET/CTET or TGT/PGT. And apply according to the vacancies.

Hi Fatima,
You have to follow these steps to pursue MA in Hindi or English:
1. You have to choose English and Hindi languages as subjects.
2. After passing you can go for either MA in English or Hindi, but you can't do 2 regular degree courses at the same time.
3. But you can do both the courses at same time, one is regular mode and one via distance.

No. You can't. According to UGC guidelines, you need to pursue M.A. Hindi, Then you will be eligible for lecturer. Besides this basic requirement you have to clear NET/ Ph.D.

As per my point of view, JawaharLal Nehru University is better than DU because as a student you can explore so many things there. JNU is enriched in terms of Infrastructure, faculty, different types of scholarships etc. Though DU is also a good option for students now a days.
