You can get right syllabus from Delhi University site or request by writing an email to them. Mostly, Delhi University test syllabus is what you have study at your graduation level.

Eligibility for B.Sc Agriculture:

Surely, you can write the answers in Hindi. In JNU you can answer the questions in both the languages i.e. English and Hindi.

By default, English is the medium for AMIE exams. However, if you have passed Diploma in Hindi medium then you may opt for Hindi medium in AMIE exams by following a certain procedure. Now comes your question of using mixed language (Hinglish) in AMIE exams.
