Hi,
Yes, you are eligible. The minimum eligibility criteria for MA in Hindi is graduation from a recognised university. But remember the admission will be based on merit (graduation marks).

The fees for MA in Hindi is INR. 609 and room rent for single seated hostel INR 480. Room rent for double seated hostel INR 240.

Eligibility-
BA (Hons.)/ BA under at least 10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate including all subjects studied at B.A. level. The subject in which admission is sought must be a Hons. Subject at BA (Hons.) level/subject studied in all the three parts at BA level.
Entrance Exam -
Admissions are made through an Entrance Examination Postgraduate Entrance Test (PET) generally conducted between May/June every year. Notification for the Entrance Examination will be generally released during February every year.

Study Plan:

If you are doing B.Tech, why do you want to change the field of study from technical to non-technical? It is better to continue B.Tech, and if you really want to do MA, refer to university website for eligibility.

Delhi University offers two separate courses namely BA (Hons) in Hindi journalism and BA (Hons) in journalism. BA (Hons) in Hindi journalism is a 3-year course offered at the following colleges:
Aditi Mahavidyalaya (only for girls)
