Yes, you are eligible. The minimum eligibility criteria for MA in Hindi is graduation from a recognised university. But remember the admission will be based on merit (graduation marks).

BA (Hons.)/ BA under at least 10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate including all subjects studied at B.A. level. The subject in which admission is sought must be a Hons. Subject at BA (Hons.) level/subject studied in all the three parts at BA level.
Entrance Exam -
Admissions are made through an Entrance Examination Postgraduate Entrance Test (PET) generally conducted between May/June every year. Notification for the Entrance Examination will be generally released during February every year.

To start with, students need to make a decent study plan for preparation. For that, you must have the knowledge about the syllabus and exam pattern. On the basis of your syllabus, design a proper timetable in a manner that you will get enough time for all the subjects.
